• Third Party Content Management: Eventective, HotelPlanner, CVENT, Proprietary websites, brand sites, Starcite
• Delphi: Load budgets, updating menus and pricing, Market Vision (corporate reporting), Sales performance, GRC PACE audit, Delphi audit
• Data Entry: Tradeshow Lead list
• KRA review of future activities
Electronic Media
• Constant Contact / Open Hospitality: Database management (Group / Transient)

Social Media
• Site development
• Content management: Understand brand restrictions / programs, hotel markets, all hotels’ area targeted audiences
• Gather information from all sites: Identify comments, who on-property needs to assist with response Facebook, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Wedding Wire, Perfect Wedding Guides, The Knot, Expedia & other third party sites, YouTube
Public Relations
• Database management (Corporate and Business level): Trade, Local and Regional newspapers, radio, television, Convention Visitors’ Bureau (CVB), Chamber of Commerce, Professional Associations, Brand leverage communication
• Press releases
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
• Audits various databases and reports to ensure accuracy.
• Ensures that contracts, menus, letters and reports are completed according to Company standards and policies.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY
• Must have knowledge in sales and marketing.
• Ability to operate independently and with a high degree of autonomy requiring excellent time management skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to handle multiple customer and operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often with time sensitive deadlines.
• Quantitative processing of data via office machine equipment, mathematical computations and analytical skills necessary to accurately determine and communicate financial, forecasting and space utilization calculations.
• Ability to successfully operate computer systems with the ability to navigate efficiently through Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Delphi (or in house sales system), Market Vision, and Internet.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to fully comprehend internal customer requests, memos, proposals, general correspondence and similar written materials.
• Ability to complete a contract in compliance with all checklists, standards and Company policies.
• Interpersonal skills to provide overall internal customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education
• Four year degree in Hotel Management, Business Management or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Experience
• One year prior hotel Sales and Marketing preferred.
