Mr. English joined Milestone Hotel Management in 1999 as Director of Food & Beverage at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey (Grantville, PA). Prior to joining Milestone Hotel Management, he served as Rooms Division Manager (1997-1998), Front Office Manager (1995-1997), Lounge Manager (1993-1995), and Restaurant Manager (1992-1993) at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey. Mr. English is the current Central Chapter President of the PA Restaurant Association; member of 2010 PA Restaurant Association Board of Directors, Intercontinental Hotel Group Food and Beverage Council, and PA Tourism and Lodging Association; and past Advisory Board Member for the PA Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Service (2000-2004). He received his HACCP Certification in 2007; CFBE Certification in 1999; and his CRDE Certification in 1997. He received a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University in 1993, graduating with Highest Distinction; and his Certification in Advanced Operational Analysis through Cornell University’s Professional Development Program in 2003. Mr. English has been appointed the Treasurer of Pennsylvania Restaurant Association Board of Directors for 2011.
