Company Description/History

The principals of Milestone are: Sander Mednick, Esq., President and Chief Executive Officer; Lea Ann Kish, V.P. and Chief Operating Officer; and Michael L. Wachtell, Esq., General Counsel. Milestone Hotel Partners is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, with satellite offices in New York City and Los Angeles.

Hilton Silver Spring In the past ten years, the principals of MHP have been involved in the acquisition of more than forty hotels located throughout the United States with an aggregate value in excess of $500 million. Prior to the formation of Milestone Hotel Partners, its principals helped launch Grand Heritage Hotels in 1987. Grand Heritage grew to a collection of seventeen historic, independent hotel properties located throughout the United States, and more than seventy historic international affiliates located in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, and Italy. In August 1997, Grand Heritage was sold to Patriot American Hospitality Inc.

Holiday Inn, Harrisburg Formed in 1997, Milestone Hotel Partners seeks to acquire branded, full-service hotels that have superior geography, dependable cash flow, represent a discounted value as measured by a capitalization rate, and that may be operationally enhanced through economies and sales and marketing. Milestone Hotel Partners has also engaged in a parallel strategy to acquire independent properties for the purpose of repositioning as a leading brand.
