HOLIDAY INN HARRISBURG/HERSHEY WINS QUALITY EXCELLENCE AWARD FOR 8TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania -- The Holiday Inn Harrisburg/Hershey has received the Bass Hotels & Resorts Quality Excellence Award for the 8th consecutive year. This award is given to the top 10% of Holiday Inns Worldwide and is based on quality rating evaluations and overall guest satisfaction. "We have a stable and committed team that takes personal pride to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded. Over the years, we have maintained a posture of reinvesting in the product, which has allowed us to build a loyal customer base. The hotel is also a consecutive winner of the prestigious Torchbearer Award, which it received in 1997, 1998 and 1999. This award is given to the top 50 performers out of 2500 Holiday Inn Hotels worldwide who exceed the highest standards of excellence in product quality, hotel operations and guests' services.
