MILESTONE HOSPITALITY INTERNATIONAL TO RELOCATE CORPORATE ACCOUNTING OFFICES

Boca Raton, Florida -- Milestone Hospitality International will relocate its corporate accounting offices on January 1, 2004, to the Fountain Square office complex located at 2600 N. Military Trail, Suite 349, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The move will provide much needed additional administrative office space to the company, which also has current operations offices in New York, NY, and legal offices in Los Angeles, CA. Previous to Fountain Square, the corporate accounting offices were located on N. Federal Highway in Boca Raton, FL.

James McRae, Corporate Controller with responsibilities for the management of central accounting for the entire system of properties, says, "The move will allow us to grow our human resources at a commensurate level with the company's physical assets, seamlessly addressing the needs of an expanding portfolio."

Milestone Hospitality International provides property management and accounting services to Milestone Hotel Partners, the owner of 14 hotels in 6 states, including the Silver Spring Hilton, Silver Spring, MD; The Best Western Hershey, Hershey, PA; The Best Western, Utica, NY; The Holiday Inn, New Hartford, NY; The Microtel Inn and Suites, Sulphur, LA; The Holiday Inn, Deland, FL; The Days Inn, Fort Lauderdale, FL; The Days Inn, Tampa, FL; The Days Inn, Fort Myers, FL; and a consortium of 4 Days Inn properties in Frankfort, Shepherdsville, Louisville, and Fort Wright/Cincinnati, KY.
