Mr. Abraham serves as Vice President-Finance and assistant to the office of the Executive Vice President of Milestone Hospitality Management, LLC.  His responsibilities include development, financial underwriting, operational audits, investor relations, and special projects.

Prior to joining Milestone Hospitality Management, Mr. Abraham served as Vice President of the management companies of both TICC Capital Corp. and T2 Income Fund Limited, two publicly traded credit-focused investment funds based in Greenwich, CT.  At TICC/T2, he was a member of a five-person investment team managing $700MM in leveraged loans.  Mr. Abraham was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and negotiating new investments as well as monitoring, restructuring and trading existing investments. He invested approximately $250 million in 1st and 2nd lien loans.  He assisted in both firms’ capital raising initiatives, including public equity, bank debt, CLO and warehouse financings; and participated in fundraising for new investment funds. 

From 2004-2006, Mr. Abraham served as an investment banking Senior Associate with Thomas Weisel Partners (New York, NY), where he participated in all phases of M&A/financings for public and private clients in the telecom sector.  He began his career as an investment banker in the Media & Telecommunications Group with Banc of America Securities, LLC (New York, NY) in 2000, where he was trained in corporate due diligence and financial modeling, and was one of only six in an original class of 100 to be promoted to Associate following the 2001/2002 recessionary period. His investment banking experience has included initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, investment grade and high yield bond offerings, leveraged loan transactions, restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions.  Mr. Abraham graduated from the University of Rochester in 2000 with a B.A. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Abraham is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a board member of New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players.
